Abstract:
The invention provides a preparation method of self-dispersing nano copper with a long organic carbon chain, comprising the following steps: 1) placing a copper source aqueous solution containing divalent copper ions in a nitrogen, argon, or air atmosphere, and heating it to 40°C to 75°C; 2) adding a reducing agent to the reaction system in step 1) to obtain a reduced copper source solution; 3) mixing a HDDP coating with an organic solvent at a final concentration of 0.1mol/L to 0.9mol/L to prepare a coating solution; 4) adding the coating solution obtained in the step 3) to the reduced copper source solution obtained in the step 2) to react; and 5) obtaining a nano copper product; wherein, the molar ratio of the copper source to the reducing agent is 1:20- 20:1; the molar ratio of the copper source to the HDDP coating is 1:5- 5:1. The invention realizes the synthesis of a stable and self-dispersing nano copper preparation with an oily and emulsion system.
