Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for a super-strong anti-ultraviolet (UV) special-effect colored acrylic plate. More than one layer of color layer is cured by UV on a super anti-UV transparent acrylic plate layer of a substrate; the super anti-UV transparent acrylic plate layer of the substrate is prepared from a pre-poly MMA slurry, a hindered phenol antioxidant, a phosphite ester antioxidant, a benzotriazole UV absorbent, a PR25 UV absorbent, an azo medium-temperature initiator, and an azo low-temperature initiator; the color layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: a color paste, a 184 photo-curing agent, the PR25 UV absorbent, the azo low-temperature initiator, and pre-poly MMA. The plate is long in service life, convenient to machine and manufacture, and low in costs.
