Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation process for a solid acrylic resin suitable for a UV photocuring system, which is a bulk polymerization method. The specific operation comprises: adding 100 parts by mass of at least one monofunctional monomer having one polymerizable double bond per molecule, 1 to 10 parts by mass of one bifunctional monomer having two polymerizable double bonds per molecule, 0.1 to 5.0 parts by mass of an initiator and 1 to 10 parts by mass of a chain transfer agent into a bulk polymerization reactor capable of achieving water bath heating; after stirring and mixing same uniformly, continuously performing a polymerization reaction in the bulk polymerization reactor under the constant water bath heating at 40°C - 90°C, until completing the polymerization reaction. The present invention has the advantages of simple preparation process, short reaction period, environmental protection and energy conservation, and easy achievement of mass production; and the prepared solid acrylic resin has the advantages of solubility, double bond activity, compatibility with various UV monomers, high solid and low viscosity.
