Abstract:
[Problem] To suppress an increase in cost by eliminating variations in the relative positions of a first motor and a second motor and simplifying the configuration of a press brake. [Solution] A ram drive mechanism 17 that vertically moves a ram 27 to which an upper die 29 is mounted is provided with: a ball screw 21 comprising a screw 19 that is fixed to the ram and moves vertically in conjunction with the vertical movement of the ram, and a nut 20 that is threaded to the screw; a driving rotor 37 that is disposed so as to be separated from the nut in the axial direction of the screws and is disposed so as to be able to rotate about the rotational axis of the nut; a first motor 22 at a fixed position; a first power transmission part 23 that transmits the rotation of the first motor to the nut at high speed and low torque; a second motor 24 in a fixed position; a second power transmission part 25 that transmits the rotation of the second motor to the drive rotor at low speed and high torque; and a clutch part 26 that is provided between the nuts and the driving rotors, and connects and integrates the nut and the driving rotor as a rotor.
