Abstract:
A press roller transmission chain device for a woodworking planer, comprising a rack, a first press roller (3), a second press roller (7), a planer tool shaft (4), a transmission shaft (12), and a driving shaft (10). The rack comprises a first standing plate (15), a second standing plate (17), and a cross beam (16). The planer tool shaft (4) is located in the middles of the upper portions of the first standing plate (15) and the second standing plate (17), and a pulley (5) is arranged at one end of the planer tool shaft (4). The two ends of each of the first press roller (3) and the second press roller (7) are perpendicularly and movably connected to the first standing plate (15) and the second standing plate (17), respectively. A first chain wheel (2) and a second chain wheel (6) are arranged at one end of the first press roller (3) and one end of the second press roller (7), respectively. A transmission chain wheel (13) and a transmission gear (14) are sequentially arranged at an outer end of the transmission shaft (12). A driving pulley (9) and a driving gear (18) are sequentially arranged at an outer end of the driving shaft (10), and the driving gear (18) is meshed with the transmission gear (14). The two ends of the transmission shaft (12) are fixed to the first standing plate (15) and the second standing plate (17) by means of bearings. A tension torsion spring (8) is also comprised, the tension torsion spring (8) is sleeved on the driving shaft (10) and located inside the driving gear (18), an upper arm of the tension torsion spring (8) is tightly pressed on rollers of a chain (1), and a lower arm (23) of the tension torsion spring (8) is fixed to the first standing plate (15).
