Abstract:
A press squeezing component and a mini-oil press. The press squeezing component comprises a squeezing tube (11), a squeezing screw (12) and a residue cutting blade (13). Two ends of the squeezing tube are communicated with each other, the inside of the squeezing tube being provided with a feeding chamber (111) and a press squeezing chamber (112). One end of the squeezing screw is a power input end, the other end being a residue and steam discharge end. The end of the press squeezing chamber of the squeezing tube is provided with an annular flange (114) for maintaining material. An outer end of the annular flange is connected with a residue and steam discharge pore (115) having a pore diameter larger than that of a center hole of the annular flange. The squeezing screw is installed inside the squeezing tube. The outer diameter surface of the residue and steam discharge end of the squeezing tube cooperates with the inner surface of the center hole of the annular flange, and a clearance for discharging the residue is arranged there between. The residue cutting blade is installed at the end of the residue and steam discharge end and is located in the residue and steam discharge pore, and a gap is arranged between the residue cutting blade, the annular flange and the residue and steam discharge pore. The press squeezing component and the mini-oil press solve the following problems: the size of the oil residue discharged from the squeezing tube of the existing min-oil press being too large, the difficulty in manufacturing the positioning tube for installing and positioning the squeezing tube, and the difficulty in ensuring the positioning accuracy of the squeezing tube.
