A pressing device for powder metallurgy, comprising a machine body (2) and a machine frame (1), the machine body being provided with an electric motor (18), a crankshaft (11), a connecting rod (14), a sliding block (3), and a guide rail (4); the main shaft of the crankshaft extends beyond two sidewall panels of the machine body, one end being provided with a brake (15), and the other end being provided with a flywheel (22) and a clutch; the clutch is a double turn-key rigid clutch, and is controlled by an electromagnet (5), a pull rod (6), and a manipulator (32); one end of the connecting rod is hinged to an eccentric shaft, and the other end is connected to the sliding block by means of a ball-head screw; when the electric motor drives the flywheel to turn the main shaft, one end of the connecting rod moves with the eccentric shaft in a circular motion around the axis of the main shaft, and the other end drives the reciprocating movement of the sliding block along the guide rail; and an automatic feed operating rod is mounted on one end of the crankshaft. The present pressing device prevents excessive advance of the sliding block and reverse rotation of the crankshaft, and allows synchronisation of the feeding pitch by an automatic feed apparatus and the pressing rate of the sliding block.
