Abstract:
A pressure detection and release apparatus and adsorption robot provided with same, the pressure detection and release apparatus comprising: a pressure detection circuit board (1) and a sealing base (2); a sealing cavity (21) is disposed within the sealing base (2); the pressure detection circuit board (1) is in sealed communication with the sealing cavity (21); a pressure detection element (11) used for detecting the internal air pressure of the sealing cavity (21) is disposed on the pressure detection circuit board (1); through-holes (22) are disposed on the surface of the sealing base (2), said through-holes (22) being in communication with the sealing cavity (21); and a pressure release mechanism is disposed on the sealing base (2); the reciprocating motion of said pressure release mechanism opens and seals the through-holes (22). The structure of the pressure detection and release apparatus and adsorption robot provided with same is compact and takes up little room, the costs are low, and the apparatus allows the integrated control of pressure detection and release in an adsorption robot.
