Abstract:
A pressure energy recovery-based flow rate doubling system, consisting of a pump (1), a pressure energy exchanger (2), a fluid temporary storage tank (3), and a back pressure valve (4). A high-pressure fluid is obtained by means of pressurization by the pump, and then a flow rate doubling system is formed by the pressure energy exchanger and a pipeline combination, so that the fluid flow rate delivered out by the system doubles the fluid flow rate delivered by the pump in the system. The flow rate doubling system can adopt a series connection, parallel connection, or series-parallel connection pipe network connection mode, so as to achieve flow rate doubling effects at different multiplying powers. Also disclosed is a pressure energy recovery-based flow rate doubling method. The method is scientific and easy to use. The system is reasonable in structure design, highly efficient and energy-saving, provides a new concept for fluid flow rate doubling technology and expands the application of pressure energy recovery technology.
