Abstract:
Disclosed is a pressure maintaining cylinder sealing structure, comprising a core barrel (1), an inner rod (2), a drilling outer cylinder (16) and a flap (18), wherein a lower end of the inner rod is in sealing cooperation with an inner wall of the core barrel; a gas accommodation cavity (10), a liquid channel (14) and a pressure releasing channel (6) are formed in the inner rod; a piston (11) is provided in the gas accommodation cavity; an upper end of the liquid channel is in communication with the gas accommodation cavity, and a lower end of the liquid channel is opened on a bottom surface of the inner rod; a safety valve (3) is installed at the entrance of the pressure releasing channel; the flap comprises a valve seat (31) and a sealing valve clack (32); the valve seat is installed on the inner wall of the drilling outer cylinder; and one end of the sealing valve clack is movably connected to an outer side wall of the upper end of the valve seat. When the core barrel is arranged in the valve seat, the sealing valve clack is opened 90 degrees. When the core barrel is upwards lifted to a certain height, the sealing valve clack is closed. The pressure maintaining cylinder sealing structure is provided with the flap, so the lower end is sealed. When opened, the sealing valve clack is hidden between inner and outer cylinders, so that space is saved and limitations on the diameter of a drilling core may be eliminated. The pressure releasing channel and the safety valve are provided on an upper end sealing part, so that pressure may be released in time, pressure in the cylinder may be quickly reduced, and damage to devices is avoided.
