Disclosed is a pressure washer, comprising a main engine (12), which comprises a pump (17) and a motive force input mechanism connected to the pump (17) for receiving motive force; a water outlet structure, through which the pressure washer ejects a pressurized water stream outward; a DC motive force unit (14), which comprises a first motor (142) adapted to couple to the motive force input mechanism and a battery pack for providing DC drive power to the first motor (142); and an AC motive force unit (16), which comprises a second motor (162) adapted to couple to the motive force input mechanism, and a power cable for connecting the second motor (162) to an AC power source. The motive force input mechanism is selectively coupled to the first motor (142) or the second motor (162) such that the pump (17) is driven by the DC motive force unit or the AC motive force unit. The DC motive force unit (14) and the AC motive force unit (16) are configured independent of each other to allow the use of the corresponding DC motive force unit or AC motive force unit under different working conditions, which improves the portability of the pressure washer, and at the same time achieves a balance between the working time of the pressure washer and the weight and cleaning efficiency of the pressure washer under different working conditions.
