Abstract:
A pressurized thermosensitive vaporization phase change consolidation method and a thermal desensitization intermittent-type evaporator therefor, said method comprising the following steps: S1, placing the thermal desensitization intermittent-type evaporator in a sludge reinforcement region vacuum pre-loading drainage plate bottom area, and starting heating; during the heating, the thermal desensitization intermittent-type evaporator sprays high-pressure steam; S2, heating to 100-400°C, holding for 3-120 minutes, stopping for 6-240 minutes, and when the vacuum pressure is greater than or equal to 80kPa, repeating the process; S3, when the liquid limit index of surrounding reinforced soil is less than 0.98, stopping the heating, and completing the gasification and consolidation. The present invention implements intermittent-type heating and high-pressure steam spraying, increases water molecule activity, facilitates rapid flow to low-temperature areas, and improves consolidation efficiency.
