Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a primer layer forming composition which is able to be used for the formation of a resin lens that has high thermal shock resistance.　[Solution] A primer layer forming composition for imprint, which contains a solvent and a silane coupling agent that has a polymerizable group and a hydrolyzable group. This primer layer forming composition for imprint forms a primer layer that has a surface roughness Ra of 0.9 nm or more.
