Abstract:
[Problem] To enhance the efficiency and accuracy of arrangement work of a printed unit block arrangement device. [Solution] A constitution equipped with: a support means that closes and opens to a supporting position for receiving a printed unit block group for each column-wise unit block and to a releasing position, said printed unit block group having been dropped, following primary cutting and secondary cutting, from an upper rail onto an orthogonally disposed lower rail group and laterally conveyed out from the lower rail group; and an arrangement/conveyance rail that receives the printed unit block group that is dropped as a result of movement of the support means to the releasing position, arranges the printed unit block group in a longitudinal direction for each column-wise unit block, and longitudinally conveys the printed unit block group at a fixed rate by means of an arrangement/conveyance means. In this constitution, an electrical control means that electrically controls the dropping timing from the support means onto the arrangement/conveyance rail is provided, and this electrical control means controls the dropping timing in accordance with the number of rows in each column of different layouts while maintaining the conveying speed of a lateral conveyance means at a unified speed irrespective of the layouts.
