Abstract:
Provided is a printer-equipped digital camera that is easy to hold both when taking photographs vertically and when taking photographs horizontally, and that has improved handling. A camera body (11) of the printer-equipped digital camera (10) has a square shape when viewed from the front, and an image capturing optical system (19) is positioned at the center of the camera body (11). An axis crossing an optical axis (L) of the image capturing optical system (19) in the vertical direction (V) is set as a vertical axis (AV), and an axis crossing the optical axis (L) in the horizontal direction (H) is set as a horizontal axis (AH). A grip part (21) is formed on the camera body 11 at a position which is linearly symmetric with respect to the vertical axis (AV), and linearly symmetric with respect to the horizontal axis (AH). The grip part (21) has an annular recessed shape which is recessed from the circumferential surface. When viewed from the front surface of the camera body (11), the image capturing optical system (19) is positioned at the center of the annular grip part (21).
