Abstract:
The present application provides a printer use method, a computer device, a cloud desktop printing system, and a storage medium. On the basis of the present printer use method, there is no need to redirect printers on a printer proxy side to the cloud desktop side, such that ordinary terminal devices on the client side can continue to use these printer devices. In addition, the cloud desktop side can learn information of printers on the printer proxy side on the basis of a printer search result reported by a printer proxy, and when there is an operation requirement, the printer proxy is used as a "proxy" to convert an operation task of a cloud desktop user into an operation task of the printer proxy in the same network as the printer, so that the cloud desktop user can also enjoy services provided by printers.
