Abstract:
Provided is technology for efficiently drying ink while reducing the effect thereof on the environment. An inkjet printing device (3) comprises: a drying unit (17) that has a heater for heating a fluid; a sensible heat exchanger (61) that has a high-temperature-side flow path (615) and low-temperature-side flow path (617) which perform sensible heat exchange; a first introduction duct (66) that introduces, to the high-temperature-side flow path (615), the fluid from the drying unit (17) that has been recovered by a fluid recovery unit (35); and a cooling unit (63) that lowers the temperature of the fluid from the high-temperature-side flow path (615). The inkjet printing device (3) further comprises: a second introduction duct (67) that introduces the fluid from the high-temperature-side flow path (615) to the cooling unit (63); a third introduction duct (68) that introduces the fluid from the cooling unit (63) to the low-temperature-side flow path (617); and a fourth introduction duct (69) that introduces the fluid from the low-temperature-side flow path (617) to an air blow duct (53) of the drying unit (17).
