Abstract:

Disclosed is a printing and glazing integrated printer. The printer is divided into a printing area (A) and a glazing area (B), and comprises a conveyor platform (100) successively passing through the printing area (A) and the glazing area (B), a printing system (200) arranged in the printing area (A) and located above the conveyor platform (100), and a glazing system (300) arranged in the glazing area (B) and located above the conveyor platform (100), wherein the glazing system (300) at least comprises a pair of full-breadth printing channels. The printer uses printing instead of traditional glaze spraying and glaze jetting, such that fine production can be realized, and the amount of used glaze is significantly reduced. The printing process and the glazing process are applied in the same printer, a printing medium is conveyed by the same conveyor platform (100), and printing and glazing can be completed at one position. The printing area (A) and the glazing area (B) coincide with each other to a great extent, thereby improving the quality of printing.
