Abstract:
A printing machine is configured such that: a newspaper offset web press (100) is disposed, including a sheet feeder (11), a printing machine (12), a guiding device (20), a turn bar device (13), and a folding machine (14); as the guiding device (20), an upstream-side guide roller (28) and a downstream-side guide roller (29) are provided that are disposed at a predetermined interval along the feeding direction of a web (W) and guide the feeding of the web (W); and an ink-jet printer (200) is disposed that performs digital printing on the web (W) guided between the guide rollers (28, 29). In the printing machine, by setting the diameters of the upstream-side guide roller (28) and the downstream-side guide roller (29) to different values from each other, the vibration of a printing medium fed while being guided by the guide rollers is suppressed, thereby improving printing quality.
