Abstract:
A prism light guide film production apparatus, comprising a material feed port (1), a melting and stirring area (3), a press head (4), a prism material discharge apparatus (5), a coating apparatus (6), a roller shaft set, a shaping wheel (9) and a finished product collection apparatus (10). During the forming process of the light guide film production, a prism web is directly adhered to and a dot structure is provided on the surface of a light guide film, thereby integrally forming a prism light guide film, so that two sides of the light guide film product achieve different effects in one go and the optical condensation performance of the prism light guide film product is substantially improved. During the stage of light guide film molding, the roller shaft set having two cylindrical roller shafts is used for extruding and molding raw material. The metallic shaping wheel is also used to shape the molded prism light guide film. The stress in the film is removed, and the warping caused by the singular cylindrical roller shaft is avoided, enhancing the quality of the produced prism light guide film product, and enabling rapid processing speed and high production efficiency.
