Abstract:
Disclosed is a process for finishing a knitted fabric, the process comprising the steps of: adding 1-5 parts by mass of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 3 parts by mass of a guanidine antimicrobial agent, 5 parts by mass of a polyoxyethylene polyamine, and 2 parts by mass of nanoscale magnesium hydroxide to 20-50 parts by mass of deionized water, and then mixing same and uniformly stirring same; further simultaneously slowly adding 1 part by mass of a sorbitan fatty acid ester, 2 parts by mass of Schizonepeta tenuifolia volatile oil, 3 parts by mass of tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium chloride, and 1 part by mass of aloe emodin, and continuously stirring same until same are completely and evenly mixed to prepare a finishing solution; and then performing an antimicrobial treatment. By means of a process for post-finishing a knitted fabric for a piece of headgear according to the present invention, the fabric finished thereby has excellent flame-retardant, antimicrobial, anti-wrinkle, and anti-static properties, and an excellent washability; furthermore, the antimicrobial property of the fabric can be improved, with a good antimicrobial effect, and the service time is long.
