Abstract:
Disclosed is a process method for the synthesis of a ketoxime. The method comprises reacting a ketone and ammonia with hydrogen peroxide to obtain a ketoxime with a titanium silicon zeolite as a catalyst in an aqueous carbonate solution system; and determining the reaction course by means of real-time monitoring of the pH of the reaction system during the reaction and determining an optimum reaction ratio. In the present invention, the reaction course is determined by monitoring the pH within the reaction system, and thereby determining the optimum reaction ratio, and the pH is further adjusted with an aqueous carbonate solution to improve the reaction rate and ammonia conversion rate.
