Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a process method for treating an automotive interior trim material to be "waterproof, oil-proof, and dirt-proof" by using low temperature plasma. The process method for treating an automotive interior trim material comprises the following steps: taking a polyester fiber automotive interior trim blanket and cutting the automotive interior trim blanket into sheets of the same size; placing the automotive interior trim blanket sheets into an ether solution having a concentration of 10%, and soaking same in a low temperature environment for 24 hours; washing the automotive interior trim blanket sheets using deionized water, and placing same in a room temperature environment for 2-3 hours, and then drying in environment of 80℃-120℃ for 3-5 hours; using a perfluorooctylsulfonamide solution having a concentration of 10%-20% prepared by perfluorooctylsulfonamide, and immersing the automotive interior trim blanket sheets in the perfluorooctylsulfonamide solution for 0.5-1 hours at a constant temperature of 45℃-55℃; placing the automotive interior trim blanket sheets inside of a low-temperature plasma reaction cavity for processing, performing low-temperature plasma grafting, removing the grafted automotive interior trim blanket sheets, and washing same 8-10 times using purified water.
