Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a process for preparing a nylon surface layer barrel film by means of a three-bubble forming method. The process is characterized by comprising the following steps in sequence: in a first bubble, extruding a barrel film through a multi-layer co-extrusion die head and inflating film bubbles; in a second bubble, heating and blowing the barrel film; and in a third bubble, shaping the barrel film, and rolling the barrel film, wherein the procedure of heating and blowing the barrel film in the second bubble further comprises a humidifying and toughening treatment on the surface layer of the barrel film, and the shaping procedure in the third bubble comprises the step of drying and heating the surface layer of the barrel film. The humidifying and toughening treatment comprises treating the surface layer of the barrel film by toughening with an alcohol. According to the present invention, the appearance of a heat shrinkable film can be changed, the size change rate is reduced, the shrinkage rate of the film is reduced and the film is more stable, the puncture strength is large, and the heat sealing effect is good.
