Abstract:
A process for processing a silicon steel sheet for a disc motor, comprising the following steps: S1: fixing a plate to be processed to a conveying mechanism; S2: sending the plate to a plate punching apparatus by means of the conveying mechanism for stamping processing; S3: punching and dislodging scraps by means of the plate punching apparatus; S4: adjusting the conveying length of the plate so as to obtain formed silicon steel sheets of different dimensions; and S5: carrying out centralized collection and processing on the punched formed silicon steel sheets. According to the process, fabrication costs for producing silicon steel sheets of different dimensions may be reduced, which facilitates the production of small batches of silicon steel sheets of different dimensions, and may also increase the production efficiency of formed workpieces, i.e. silicon steel sheets.
