Abstract:
Provided is a processing device comprising a simulation system which includes a prescribed feedback system provided with at least (as a feedforward element) a model control unit which is obtained by modeling a controller of a motor control device and a prescribed control block structure which corresponds to a prescribed device-side configuration including a control subject. A computation is made, by convolution integral processing, of a time response of the prescribed device-side configuration with regard to a prescribed input value, using impulse response information for computation which relates to the prescribed device-side configuration and the prescribed input value, and simulation of the simulation system is carried out using the time response thus computed. By changing a model control parameter which is set in the model control unit and thus carrying out the simulation, a correlation is computed between the model control parameter and a prescribed performance index, which is based on a response result of the simulation system, and a determination is made of a device control parameter on the basis of said correlation. It is possible by this configuration to determine efficiently and with good precision a device control parameter of a motor control device in a control system.
