Abstract:
Provided is a processing device for a hollow weld mesh, comprising a weld mesh main machine (6), the front end of the weld mesh main machine (6) being a warp conveying apparatus (7), and a warp straightening mechanism (9), the back end of the weld mesh main machine (6) being a mesh cutting apparatus (8); two weft straightening and cutting apparatuses (5) are installed at both ends of the weld mesh main machine (6), respectively; the warp conveying apparatus (7) can individually control the stepping of each warp, while at the same time, each warp is equipped with a warp cutting apparatus (10). When there is no need to open a hole, only open the weft straightening and cutting apparatus (5) at one end is activated, while at the same time, a warp wire rod enters the warp conveying apparatus (7) after being straightened by the warp straightening mechanism (9), and the entire row is welded on the main machine (6). When a position of a hole to be opened is encountered, the stepping of the warp is stopped stepwise at the hole opening and cutting is positioned at the corresponding location, while the remaining warps are continuously stepped; upon stepping to the weld location of the main machine (6), the weft straightening and cutting apparatuses (5) at the two ends of the main machine (6) operate simultaneously, and according to the position of the hole, the stepwise wefts of the corresponding size are delivered from the left and right directions; as the stepping progresses, holes meeting requirements can be produced. The production efficiency of the processing device is greatly improved, and the product has high precision.
