Abstract:
A processing method for a tool having a complex cutting edge using combined laser, comprising the following specific steps: cleaning a tool blank to be processed and clamping same on a machine tool; and using a laser integrated system to perform processing, the system being provided with three laser systems, nanosecond, picosecond, and femtosecond laser systems, which can be switched on the same operating platform. The present invention provides a processing method for a tool having a complex cutting edge using combined laser. The use of a nanosecond-picosecond-femtosecond composite laser combined processing system can achieve tool formation at one time from contour forming to cutting edge finishing, and the three lasers achieve the balance of processing efficiency and processing accuracy.
