Abstract:
A processing system and processing method for bamboo split rolls. The processing system for the bamboo split rolls comprises a cutting portion, a sewing portion, a winding portion and a control system. The cutting portion comprises an extracting device and a cutting device. The sewing portion comprises a feeding device and a sewing device. The winding portion comprises a winding device. The extracting device, the feeding device, the sewing device and the winding device are arranged sequentially along a first direction. The cutting device and the extracting device are arranged along a second direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction. The control system is electrically connected with the cutting device, the extracting device, the feeding device, the sewing device and the winding device respectively. The processing system for the bamboo split rolls produces longitudinal bamboo split rolls automatically, thus it is labor-saving, high in efficiency and convenient in operation, and the product quality is controllable.
