Abstract:
This production equipment monitoring method for monitoring the operating states of a plurality of pieces of similar production equipment disposed at a plurality of production locations comprises: a data information preparation step for gathering production equipment operation data for each production location; a data integration step for integrating operation data gathered in the data information preparation step in a computer disposed at a data integration site; a data analysis step for analyzing the current operating state of each piece of production equipment using current operation data and past operation data that have been integrated in the data integration step; and an operating state assessment step for determining whether or not there is an operation problem in each piece of production equipment on the basis of the analysis results of the data analysis step.
