Abstract:
The present invention provides a production floor management system (1) that manages the state of a production floor provided with production devices that produce products, wherein said production floor management system (1) comprises: a state monitoring unit (20) that monitors the state on the production floor; a policy determination unit (30) that, on the basis of the priority rank of each of a plurality of policies extracted in correspondence to the abovementioned state, determines a policy from among a plurality of policies that corresponds to a first priority instruction to be executed; an instruction output unit (50) that outputs the first priority instruction; and an effect determination unit (60) that determines the effect of the executed first priority instruction on the basis of the state before and after the outputted first priority instruction has been executed.
