Abstract:
This production management method is executed by a production management device for controlling production equipment, and comprises: identifying a first degree of influence that indicates an influence on a production plan in a case where production equipment that has malfunctioned during production continues production in a first operation pattern (S203, S204); identifying a second degree of influence that indicates an influence on the production plan in a case where maintenance of production equipment that has malfunctioned is performed during production (S205); determining the recommended timing of performing maintenance on the basis of the first degree of influence and the second degree of influence (S207, S208); and outputting maintenance information including the determined recommended timing (S209).
