Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is efficient production of array substrates by an offset printing method. In a production method for array substrates by an offset printing device, an imaging device (112) for imaging a substrate (120) is disposed on a stage (101). The imaging device (112) is then used to image an alignment mark (BA1) of a blanket roll (170), and an alignment mark (SA1) of the substrate (120), and thereafter the amount of deviation of the blanket roll (170) is calculated from the alignment mark (BA1) of the blanket roll (170) and the alignment mark (SA1) of the substrate (120). Next, alignment of the blanket roll (170) is carried out on the basis of the amount of deviation of the blanket roll (170).
