Abstract:
In the present invention, a first continuous sheet (3a) being conveyed at a first speed value that is less than a second speed value is held on the outer circumferential surface (21a) of a rotating holding roll (21) so as to slide to the upstream side. When a receiving blade (23) of the roll passes through a first position (S31) in the direction of rotation of the roll, a cutter blade (33) of a rotating cutter roll (31) and the receiving blade cooperate to cut the first continuous sheet at this position, thereby providing cut sheets (3). The sheets are held in a non-sliding state on the same surface, and when passing through a second position (S43), the sheets are bonded and transferred onto a second continuous sheet (5a) being conveyed at the second speed value, thereby producing a composite (1a). The number of receiving blades and the number of cutter blades are the same and the blades are arranged at the same pitch in the direction of rotation. When the receiving blade passes through the second position, the speed value thereof is the same as the second speed value. The speed value of the receiving blade is less when the receiving blade passes through the first position than when the receiving blade passes through the second position.
