Abstract:
Provided are a method and a device whereby a long strip-shaped three-dimensional decorative piece comprising thermoplastic synthetic resin can be produced. This production method for a long strip-shaped three-dimensional decorative piece of thermoplastic synthetic resin includes: a feed-out step in which a strip-shaped decorative piece material 101 is fed out; a pre-heating step in which the strip-shaped decorative piece material is pre-heated and heat-softened; a shaping step in which the strip-shaped decorative piece material is shaped by high-frequency dielectric heating and a strip-shaped three-dimensional decorative piece 100 is obtained, by arranging an upper electrode roll mold 51 that rotates and drive, on the upper side thereof, arranging a lower electrode mold 58 below the upper electrode roll mold, feeding the heat-softened strip-shaped decorative piece material into between the upper electrode roll mold and the lower electrode mold, and continuously oscillating a high frequency between the upper electrode roll mold and the lower electrode mold; a cooling step in which the formed strip-shaped three-dimensional decorative piece is cooled; and a winding step in which the cooled strip-shaped three-dimensional decorative piece is wound.
