Abstract:
A production process of a comfortable and washable towel fabric. Ground warp, ground weft, and loop warp yarn of a towel are made from polyester and cotton by means of blending, interweaving, and core spinning. Since polyester fiber has the advantages of being high in strength, low in water absorbability, and resistant to acid washing with respect to cotton fiber, the strength and washing resistance of the towel can be improved. A looped pile part in contact with a human body of the towel uses cotton-coated polyester core-spun yarn, and therefore, the experience is not affected when the towel makes contact with the human body. Without affecting the use effect, the use amount of the loop warp yarn of the towel is reduced, and the bearing capacity per square of the ground warp and the ground weft is reduced.
