Abstract:
Disclosed is a production process for ecological high-performance fiber composite fabric. The production process for ecological high-performance fiber composite fabric is completed by implementing process steps of pretreatment, spinning, weaving, and post-finishing on super cotton-like fibers. By using a polycarboxylic acid pretreatment method, the present invention increases the number of reactive carboxyl groups of fibers in super cotton-like colored oversize-weaving jacquard fabric, and then nano powder or nano collosol can react with the reactive carboxyl groups, and thus, the fixing performance of a subsequent nano finishing agent is improved. In the present invention, a rough surface is constructed by means of a nano powder dispersion liquid or a nano hydrosol, and then combined with an environment-friendly three-proof finishing agent to effectively achieve antibacterial, water-resistant, oil-proof and anti-fouling purposes of jacquard fabric.
