Abstract:
A production process of polyester staple fibers for clothing accessories. The polyester staple fibers are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of PET slice, 20-40 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 15-30 parts of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber, 5-15 parts of glass fiber, 3-8 parts of polycarbonate, 2-5 parts of color master batch, 1-3 parts of lubricating agent, and 0.5-1.5 parts of compatilizer. The production process comprises the following steps: S1, cleaning raw materials; S2, preparing modified raw materials; S3, preparing the master batch; S4, spinning; S5, drafting twice; and S6, crimping, cutting and packaging. According to the production process of the polyester staple fibers, the carboxymethyl cellulose is wound on the surface of the PET slice, the modified raw materials are obtained, and operations of extruding, slicing, spinning, drafting and the like are performed, so that the finally obtained polyester staple fiber has the boiling water shrinkage less than 1.2%, and the quality is superior to that of like products in the market.
