Abstract:
A production process for a thermally-sensitive quilt flocculus. The process comprises the following steps: step one: configuring the raw material of a thermally-sensitive flocculus; and step two: preparing the thermally-sensitive flocculus. Targeting the disadvantages of a traditional quilt being "warm, thick, heavy and bulky", a "warm, light, thin and healthy" thermally-sensitive quilt is proposed, and thus, a warm, light, breathable and comfortable flocculus-type quilt with a certain health care performance is provided, and functions and uses of quilt products for hotels are enriched. Furthermore, the respective advantages of chemical fiber and natural fiber can be fully exterted by means of multi-component fiber blending, and thus the cost is reduced, the basis for the preparation of the flocculus-type quilt with excellent overall performance is provided, and the customer's requirements are satisfied.
