Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a profile straightening machine, comprising: two support mechanisms each comprising a support base and two rotatable rollers provided on the support base, the axial direction of the two rollers being parallel to that of a profile, and the two rollers being respectively supported on the left and right sides of the lower part of one end of the profile; and a straightening device comprising a first rotating disk and a second rotating disk which can be driven to rotate, lift and lower, and move along the axial direction of the profile, the axial direction of the first rotating disk and the second rotating disk being parallel to that of the profile, and an elastic wheel capable of being pressed by the first rotating disk and the profile is sleeved on the outer ring face of the first rotating disk. The present invention has a beneficial effect that a profile can be protected from damage while the profile is straightened, and the present invention is suitable for a relatively short circularly tubular profile.
