Abstract:
Provided is a propeller hanging machine for a ship, comprising a housing, a bracket, a motor, a main shaft, a control handle assembly, an output device and a controller, wherein the motor and the controller are fixedly connected in the housing; the output device is connected to the housing; the motor is connected to the output device by the main shaft in a transmission mode; and the control handle assembly is connected to the housing. The control handle assembly comprises a rotation handle, a connection handle, a connection rod and a potentiometer, wherein one end of the connection handle is fixedly connected to the housing; one end of the rotation handle is sleeved on the periphery of the other end of the connection handle; one end of the connection rod is fixedly connected to the rotation handle; and the potentiometer is connected to the connection handle and is electrically connected to the controller. The propeller hanging machine further comprises a water pump, wherein the motor is provided with a cooling channel, the controller is provided with a cooling channel, and a cooling system is formed by the cooling channel on the motor, the cooling channel on the controller, the water pump and a connection pipeline. The present invention has the advantages of simple structure, high reliability and simple and convenient installation and maintenance, and will not cause the motor and controller to be burnt out even if a ship is backed up for a long time.
