Abstract:
Disclosed are a pulp molding process and an online intelligent drying device therefor. The pulp molding process comprises: carrying out, in order and between a step of pulp-dredging and forming (S24) and a step of forming by hot pressing (S50), a step of intelligent circulating drying (S30) and a step of intelligent humidification (S40). The step of intelligent circulating drying (S30) comprises: according to the structure and/or outer contour of a molded pulp product, carrying out a step of infrared irradiation (S30a) and a step of hot air blowing (S30b) in combination, so that different amounts of moisture contained in different parts of an initial-pressed semi-finished product (110) are removed in a self-adaptive manner to form a uniformly dried semi-finished product (112). The step of intelligent humidification (S40) comprises: according to the structure and/or outer contour of the molded pulp product, spraying preset different amounts of water onto different local parts of the dried semi-finished product (112) to form a humidified semi-finished product (114) with a uniform moisture content.
