Abstract:
Disclosed are a pulverized coal granulation method and a granulator apparatus thereof for lignite. Material preparation in a granulation process is: pulverized coal that needs to be granulated is sieved and crushed to 4 mm or less in particle diameter; the water of the pulverized coal that needs to be granulated is controlled at a water content between 20% and 45%; the pulverized coal that is sieved and crushed is transported to the granulator apparatus to be prepared into pulverized coal particles, where the pulverized coal particles are 4-12 mm in particle diameter and 5-30 mm in length; and, the pulverized coal particles granulated and molded are dried to a water content between 8% and 20%. The present invention improves an existing "technique for pressing pulverized coal after drying" into a "technique for drying pulverized coal after granulation;" the granulation technique has the advantages of low energy consumption, low equipment wear and tear, low equipment costs, low production costs, and a large yield.
