Abstract:
This pump is provided with: a pump section that includes a first electrode, a dielectric, and a second electrode all allowing the passage therethrough of a fluid along a flow direction, in which the first electrode and the second electrode have different polarities from each other, and in which the first electrode, the dielectric, and the second electrode are layered along the flow direction so that the dielectric is positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an exterior body that is connected to the outer periphery of the pump section along the flow direction, that surrounds the pump section, and that constitutes a pump flow path through which the fluid flows.
