Abstract:
Disclosed is a purification method for 1,4-cyclohexanedione. The purification method is specifically implemented according to the following steps: step 1, pouring a crude product of 1,4-cyclohexanedione into petroleum ether, and heating same to reflux; step 2, after same is heated to reflux in step 1, sequentially cooling, filtering and drying same to obtain a semi-finished product of 1,4-cyclohexanedione; and step 3, carrying out vacuum sublimation on the semi-finished product of 1,4-cyclohexanedione obtained in step 2 to obtain a white acicular crystal, namely a 1,4-cyclohexanedione product. The purification method for 1,4-cyclohexanedione of the present invention solves the problems in the prior art of the distillation process having a high energy consumption, a distilled liquid product becoming a hard block, which is difficult to take out and crush, after being cooled, and the product purity not being high.
