Abstract:
Disclosed are a push-pull-type disassembling and assembling device and disassembling and assembling method for a top mold of a double-T-beam pouring mold. The disassembling and assembling device comprises a support, guide rails, guide wheels, a power slider, a power sliding rail, a power pulley block and a longitudinal pull rod, wherein the guide rails are mounted at two ends of the support; the top of the power slider is welded to the top mold; a sliding groove penetrates the power slider; the sliding groove is obliquely provided in a beam length direction; the guide wheels are mounted on two sides of the power slider by means of a shaft; the guide wheels and guide rails are mounted in a matching manner; the power sliding rail is arranged on the support; the power pulley block comprises a first power pulley and a second power pulley, which are integrally mounted on a linkage plate; the first power pulley and the power sliding rail are mounted in a matching manner; the second power pulley and the sliding groove are mounted in a matching manner; and the longitudinal pull rod is connected to the linkage plate. In the present invention, the top mold can be assembled and disassembled according to production requirements, such that the device has the advantages of flexibility in disassembling and assembling, simplicity and convenience in operation, etc.
