Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to measure a PWM signal in a wide frequency range. This PWM signal measurement device (20) has: a first duty ratio measurement unit (24) that employs a capture method and measures the frequency (f) and duty ratio of a PWM signal (Sc); a voltage measurement unit (23) that measures a smooth voltage (Vad) obtained by smoothing the PWM signal by a smoothing circuit (13); a second duty ratio measurement unit (25) that employs a smoothing method and measures the duty ratio of the PWM signal on the basis of the measured value (Vadm) of the smooth voltage; and a measurement method selection unit (26) that selects either the capture method or the smoothing method on the basis of the measured value of the frequency and the measured value of the smooth voltage.
