Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a pyrimidoquinazoline pigment which has a novel pyrimidine skeleton providing excellent pigment properties such as tinting strength and durability and excellent infrared reflectivity; a method for manufacturing the pyrimidoquinazoline pigment; and a pigment colorant that uses the pyrimidoquinazoline pigment. The present invention provides a pyrimidoquinazoline pigment represented by general formula (1) (in the general formula (1), R1 and R2 are each independently a benzene ring or a naphthalene ring which may have a substituent), a method for manufacturing the pyrimidoquinazoline pigment, and a pigment colorant that includes the pyrimidoquinazoline pigment.
