Abstract:
Provided are a quality of experience (QoE) estimation method, device, terminal and server, the method comprising: acquiring an estimation parameter configured to estimate the QoE, the estimation parameter comprising at least one of the following information: a network data packet generated by an application in a terminal during the use thereof, an index parameter of the application in a network layer and an application layer, attribute information of the terminal, related social attribute information of the user and an opinion score for the application; transmitting the obtained estimation parameter to a server configured to establish a QoE estimation model; acquiring the QoE estimation model transmitted by the server and established according to the estimation parameter; and estimating the QoE of the application according to the QoE estimation model. The present invention addresses the problems in the related technology of high complexity of estimation, low accuracy and poor user experience caused by an existing QoE estimation method, thus simplifying estimation for QoE, providing more accurate QoE estimation and improving user experiences.
