Abstract:
A quantitative evaluation method for pyrolysis activation energy of a graded diesel engine particulate matter, relating to the technical field of diesel engine particulate matter emission, and comprising four steps: grading of the particulate matter, the preprocessing of the particulate matter, the thermogravimetric test on the particulate matters within different particle size ranges, and mathematical calculation analysis on obtained thermogravimetric data by using an FWO method formula. A micro-orifice uniform deposit impactor and a thermogravimetric analyzer measurement apparatus are used to collect and process the particulate matters so as to obtain the TG/DTG curves of the particulate matters in different particle size ranges, and the final pyrolysis activation energy values of the particulate matters in the different particle size ranges are obtained by performing linear fitting on the obtained data. The present invention can quickly and accurately obtain the oxidation activation energy of the diesel engine particulate matters, having different particle sizes, to be tested, thereby providing valid parameters for the regeneration design of a DPF.
